Pricing questions
- How is traffic counted?
- Only egress (bytes we deliver to visitors) on routed sites. Direct, unrouted traffic and health checks don't count. You see live usage in the dashboard and we alert before any overage.
- What happens if I exceed my plan?
- We never hard-cut your traffic. Overage is billed at a flat per-GB rate shown in your dashboard, and we'll suggest the next plan when it's cheaper.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every plan is free during the public beta, no card required. You can connect a real domain and route live traffic to evaluate it.
- Do you charge per seat or per request?
- No. You pay per plan tier plus egress. Team members, requests and routing rules are unlimited within your plan.
- Can I change plans later?
- Anytime, both directions. Upgrades are instant and prorated; downgrades apply at the next cycle.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes, with two months free on annual plans. Contact sales for invoicing and PO-based billing on Business and Enterprise.
