Terms of Service

The agreement between you and GeoRevers for using the service.

Last updated: June 3, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of the GeoRevers managed reverse-proxy service (the “Service”). By creating an account or routing traffic through the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GeoRevers routes traffic to your own origin servers so your website stays reachable across regions. We provide an edge network, TLS termination, geo-aware routing and a dashboard. We do not host your content; we forward requests to the origin you configure.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You own, or are authorised to operate, every domain and origin you connect.
  • Your content and its distribution are lawful in the jurisdictions where you direct traffic.
  • You keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to distribute malware, phishing, or CSAM, to infringe intellectual property, to serve content that is illegal in its target jurisdiction, or to circumvent sanctions or court orders. We refuse domains on official block-lists for unlawful content and reserve the right to suspend traffic that violates this section.

4. Availability

We operate the Service with reasonable care and publish status at status.georevers.com. Paid plans include the uptime commitments stated on the pricing page; remedies for missed commitments are service credits as described in your plan.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance for the plan tier plus metered egress, as shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscriptions.

6. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement, with notice where practical. On termination we stop routing and delete configuration per our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in-product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
