Data Processing Addendum

This Addendum forms part of the Terms where GeoRevers processes personal data on behalf of a customer (the “Controller”) in the course of providing the Service. Where it conflicts with the Terms, this Addendum prevails for data-protection matters.

1. Roles

The Controller determines the purposes and means of processing; GeoRevers acts as Processor and processes personal data only on the Controller’s documented instructions, including those in the Terms and dashboard configuration.

2. Scope of processing

Subject matter: routing and securing the Controller’s web traffic. Data types: visitor IP and request metadata, and the Controller’s account data. Data subjects: the Controller’s website visitors and authorised users.

3. Security measures

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored configuration and secrets (AES-GCM).
• Access controls, least-privilege administration and audit logging.
• Network isolation and regular patching of edge and control-plane systems.

4. Subprocessors

The Controller authorises GeoRevers to engage subprocessors for hosting, payments and email. GeoRevers maintains a current list and will give notice of changes, allowing reasonable objection.

5. Assistance

GeoRevers assists the Controller, taking into account the nature of processing, with data-subject requests, security, breach notification and impact assessments.

6. Breach notification

GeoRevers notifies the Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting the Controller’s data, with the information needed to meet the Controller’s own obligations.

7. Deletion

On termination, GeoRevers deletes or returns personal data processed on the Controller’s behalf, except where retention is required by law.

8. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred across borders, GeoRevers relies on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by applicable law.
